Eran Luxury Villa is a newly built villa, 185 sq. m., with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a private pool that can accommodate up to 8 people in its luxurious spaces.
On the ground floor level there is a large living room with a corner sofa and a TV system harmoniously combined with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The earthy tones in the villa’s decoration will make you feel warm and relaxed from the moment you enter the house. The large windows offer plenty of light as well as beautiful views of the exterior area.
On the same level there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double and provides its own bathroom with shower, as well as its own balcony. A WC is also available to guests on the ground floor.
The first floor includes three bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with a double bed and their own bathrooms with shower. The other one has two single beds that can be combined into a double if needed and its own bathroom with shower. From the balconies of this floor you can admire the magnificent views of the sea.
The blue green swimming pool with a heated function and hydromassage is the star of the exterior area. The pool is surrounded by a few sun loungers and a wooden seating area. Guests can prepare their own meals in the built barbecue and enjoy them in the outdoor dining table.
